"Clear billing and easy payment"
I’ve used Shipito a few times now, and the billing has been straightforward. I usually do a quick “does this look right?” scan before paying, and the charges were laid out clearly enough that I didn’t have to overthink it. No random surprise fees showed up afterward, which I appreciated.
The card payment went through fast, and the receipt landed right away. I did have one small question about a fee, but support explained it in a way that made sense. Overall, it was simple and hassle-free

I used Shipito for one package and it went mostly fine. The box showed up with a little dent on one corner, but luckily nothing inside was damaged. Packing was decent and all my items were there, so no real issues. Not totally perfect, but good enough for me tbh. I'd use them again if I needed to

I had a frustrating time trying to use Shipito’s website. The pages loaded fine, but finding basic stuff was way harder than it should’ve been. The menus felt cluttered, and a few steps weren’t explained clearly, so I kept having to click around and figure things out myself. It took way too long just to check my package options, which felt like unnecessary extra work.

"Consolidation was a mess"
I used shipito mostly because I wanted to consolidate a few packages and hopefully save a bit on shipping, but it turned into a headache. They did put everything into one box, but the box was way bigger than it needed to be, so the shipping price jumped way higher than I expected.
The packing also felt careless. Some of the filler was just tossed in, and one of my item boxes arrived crushed, which was really frustrating. On top of that, I kept getting these aggressive reminders to take action or pay, which made the whole thing feel even more stressful instead of helpful.

Support wasn’t much better either. The replies were short and didn’t really explain what happened or why the consolidation was done that way. I thought I’d save money, but I ended up paying more and waiting longer, so I definitely wouldn’t use their consolidation service again.

I used Shipito to send an item back to the merchant, it was a lot more hassle than I expected. I kept trying to figure out the pattern in the steps, but the instructions didn’t really line up in a clear way, so I found myself rereading things and second-guessing what to do next. Support did respond eventually, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. I did get the return finished in the end, but it took more time and stress than it should have. Not something I’d recommend if you just need a quick, simple return

"Inspection missed the point"
I paid extra for the package inspection and, it was disappointing. Like yes, they uploaded photos, but they clearly missed some details. One item looked totally fine in the report, then it showed up with small damage. When I contacted support, they basically said the inspection isn’t that detailed… which made me wonder, so what exactly did I pay extra for? Shipping itself was fine, but I definitely don’t trust the inspection service now.

"Verification felt slower than it needed to be"
I used shipito recently and the account verification process was a little slower than I expected. I uploaded my ID, waited a bit, and then got asked for more info, which made me wonder, am I missing something here or is this just how the process works? It wasn’t a terrible experience, just kind of annoying when I was trying to get started quickly. Support did respond, but not exactly fast. My account did get verified in the end, so it worked out, but I feel like the whole process could be a bit smoother.

I’ve used Shipito for a few orders now, and it’s been easy overall. Filling out the customs info didn’t take much effort, and I liked that the taxes showed up before shipping. No weird surprises when the package arrived, which I definitely appreciated. Happy with how simple the whole process was.

Shipping went totally fine and everything arrived without any issues, so that part was good 🙂 But the extra fees ended up being higher than I expected, which was a bit frustrating.

"Tracking felt suspiciously useless"
The tracking on this was so weird it almost felt like they were just making it up as they went. My package showed as stuck in the same place for days, then out of nowhere it was marked delivered, except it definitely wasn’t delivered to me. Support wasn’t much help either, they just kept repeating the same tracking info like that somehow answered the question. Not saying there’s some grand package-coverup going on, but the whole thing felt way too shady and frustrating.

"Storage window feels way too unforgiving"
I’m frustrated with shipito. The storage time is so strict that it feels like you’re forced to be patient when things are out of your control, but then rushed the second their deadline comes up. I ended up hurrying my shipment and paying more than I expected just to avoid problems. I really wish they offered a bit more flexibility instead of making the whole process feel so stressful
